  • lemon-1 kg

  • suger-1/2 kg

  • salt-1/2 cup

  • Red chilly powder-4-5 tsp

  • Hing-1 tsp

    Rinse the lemon and wipe them with a cloth.There should be no moisture in the lemon.

    chop the lemon into bite sized piece or triangles piece.

    Add salt ,hing,suger and red chilly powder and mix well.

    cover the pot with muslin cloth and keep this in sun light for one month.

  • 05

    keep mixing in every once in a day.

  • 06

    After one month when lemon peel become soft and the syrup become thick, keep it in a jar .
