Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • China green carrot 200 gms


  • Green chillies slited 5


  • Finely chopped ginger 3 tbsp


  • Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp


  • Lemon juice from 1 fruit


  • 1 tsp mustard powder


  • Gingelly oil 1/4 cup


  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp


  • Curry leaves 10


  • Himalayan salt 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • Cut the green carrot into julienne pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. After it splutters add curry leaves, green chillies and ginger.
  • Then add the green carrot slices and saute for couple of minutes. Meanwhile add chilli flakes and salt.
  • Remove from heat
  • After the mixture cools down add mustard powder and lemon juice.
  • Mix together and its ready to serve.
