Ingredients

Serves 5

  • China green carrot 200 gms

  • Green chillies slited 5

  • Finely chopped ginger 3 tbsp

  • Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp

  • Lemon juice from 1 fruit

  • 1 tsp mustard powder

  • Gingelly oil 1/4 cup

  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp

  • Curry leaves 10

  • Himalayan salt 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Cut the green carrot into julienne pieces.

  • 02

    Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. After it splutters add curry leaves, green chillies and ginger.

    Then add the green carrot slices and saute for couple of minutes. Meanwhile add chilli flakes and salt.

    Remove from heat

    After the mixture cools down add mustard powder and lemon juice.

  • 06

    Mix together and its ready to serve.
