Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup boiled rice


  • Curd 1 big spoon


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Water 3/4 cup


  • For Tadka-1 spoon oil


  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed


  • 1 red chilli dry

Directions

  • First mix water in rice and leave for fermentation.
  • After 2 days take this rice and mix curd,salt
  • Now make tadka heat oil
  • Fry mustard seed and red chilli dry.
  • Mix tadka in rice and serve cool watery rice.
