1 cup boiled rice
Curd 1 big spoon
Salt 1 tsp
Water 3/4 cup
For Tadka-1 spoon oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
1 red chilli dry
Directions
First mix water in rice and leave for fermentation.
After 2 days take this rice and mix curd,salt
Now make tadka heat oil
Fry mustard seed and red chilli dry.
Mix tadka in rice and serve cool watery rice.
