take a big pan(kadhi) keep it on the gas now
put sugar in it and put mango to cook.
put the gas on a little faster.
now keep running continuously when the sugar syrup is starts forming, turn off the gas.
now let it cool down.
when it cools down keep mango murabba in the air tight container
Keep it in refrigerated to remain for long time otherwise you keep murabba for 6months.
