Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Jackfruit 1kg.

  • Mustard seed 1/2cup

  • Fennel seed 1/4 cup

  • Fenugreek seed 2-3 tbsp

  • Chilli powder 1/4cup

  • Salt 2 tbsp

  • Turmeric 2 sp.

  • Garlic n chilli paste 1/2 cup

  • Sugarcane vinegar 1/2cup

  • Extra virgin mustard oil 1- 1.5 cup

Directions

    Peel the jackfruit n cut in cube wash n spread on cloth 1 day in sunlight for remove some moisture.

    Now add salt n turmeric powder mix well.

    Dry roast the fenugreek seed,fennel seeds . Grind in mixer with mustard seeds ready ur pickle spice powder.

    Now add pickle spice powder, red chilli powder, garlic chilli paste, vinegar and mustard oil mix properly keep in sulinght 1 day .

    Now put this pickle in glass jar and keep in sunlight about 1 week .

  • 06

    After 8-10 days ready to eat ur pickle.
