Mustard seed 1/2cup
Fennel seed 1/4 cup
Fenugreek seed 2-3 tbsp
Chilli powder 1/4cup
Salt 2 tbsp
Turmeric 2 sp.
Garlic n chilli paste 1/2 cup
Sugarcane vinegar 1/2cup
Extra virgin mustard oil 1- 1.5 cup
Peel the jackfruit n cut in cube wash n spread on cloth 1 day in sunlight for remove some moisture.
Now add salt n turmeric powder mix well.
Dry roast the fenugreek seed,fennel seeds . Grind in mixer with mustard seeds ready ur pickle spice powder.
Now add pickle spice powder, red chilli powder, garlic chilli paste, vinegar and mustard oil mix properly keep in sulinght 1 day .
Now put this pickle in glass jar and keep in sunlight about 1 week .
After 8-10 days ready to eat ur pickle.
