  • Chenopodium Album 1 kg

  • Gram flour 1/2 cup

  • Salt 2 tbs

    Firstly pluck the leaves then clean and wash them.

    Place them over the kitchen towel and press them so that they can dry.

    Meanwhile take a large mixing bowl add gram flour and water to make a batter. Batrer should be kind of runny.

    Whisk and add salt. Now pour the half batch of leaves.

    Coat well and assemble it by taking small portion. Press and give cylindrical shape.

    Now repeat the process and make other.

    Now sundried the bathua leaves for 3-4 days. Turn them occassionally.

    Now when its sundried place them in a air tight container.

    When u need to consume , deep fried them in low flame and add to curry.
