Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 ltr water


  • Black carrot 1 cup


  • Salt 4 tsp


  • Mustard powder 3 tsp


  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp


  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • Boil the water.
  • Add carrot and turmeric powder.
  • After 5 minutes switch off the flame.
  • In a jar pour this water and mix salt,red chilli powder, mustard powder and black pepper powder.
  • Keep this jar in sunlight for 4-5 days.
  • After 4 days we enjoy this sour and yummy water.
  • After 5 days keep jar in freezer for enjoy further.
