keep the masoor dal overnight throughout the night
wash the Dal in the morning and make a paste by mixing it in a mixer.
now take one plate and apply light oil on it and keep a small loaf(wadi) of masoor dal paste and dry it in the sun.
when it gets dry, take it out in a plate and keep it in 2 days and in the sun.
now keep the masoor dal Vadi in the air tight container.
we can keep wadi for a year.
