Ingredients
Serves : 6
6-7 nos green garlic stalks.
1 pinch black salt according to your test.
1 tsp amchoor powder
1/2 cups white vinegar
1 tsp rai mustard
2-4 nos green chilli
1 pinch hing
1/2 cups mustard oil
Directions
Wash the garlic stalk and green chili and pat them dry through paper tissue.
After that cut them is small piece and take all ingredients in a mixing jar and give 2 to 3 churn.
It should not be in paste form.
Now pour the mixture in a glass container and add the mustard oil and and now keep the jar outside covering with a muslin cloth to get the sunlight for 4 to 5 days.
