Ingredients

  • guava 500 gms

  • sugar 350 gms

  • water 1 cups

  • lemon or 1 tsp citric acid 2 nos

Directions

    Wash guavas & put it in pressure cooker till 4 whistles.

    After that peel the skin of guava.

    Mash boiled guava with the help of

    Now make sugar syrup.

    In a pan put sugar & water .

    Mix well .Boil the syrup for 10 minutes or little bit thick.

    Add citric acid ir lemon juice.

    Cool completly.

    Then mix guava pulp in sugar syrup.

    Blend it with blender.

    Then strain the guava crush.

    Seeds will be seprated from crush.

    Now store it air tight container up to 6 months .
