Ingredients

  • 500 gms guava


  • 350 gms sugar


  • 1 cups water


  • 2 nos lemon or 1 tsp citric acid

Directions

  • Wash guavas & put it in pressure cooker till 4 whistles.
  • After that peel the skin of guava.
  • Mash boiled guava with the help of
  • Now make sugar syrup.
  • In a pan put sugar & water .
  • Mix well .Boil the syrup for 10 minutes or little bit thick.
  • Add citric acid ir lemon juice.
  • Cool completly.
  • Then mix guava pulp in sugar syrup.
  • Blend it with blender.
  • Then strain the guava crush.
  • Seeds will be seprated from crush.
  • Now store it air tight container up to 6 months .
  • Njoy guava drink in summer .
