Ingredients

Serves 25

  • Mango 1 kgs

  • Sugar 1 kgs

  • Water 1 litre

  • Citric acid 4 tsp

  • Potassium metabi sulfate 1/2 tsp

  • Yellow food colour 1 tsp

  • Red food colour 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Boil water and sugar on medium heat

  • 02

    Add citric acid when water comes to boil

  • 03

    Boil till sugar melts and let it cool

  • 04

    Peel mango

  • 05

    Cut in to pieces

  • 06

    Make puree of mango

  • 07

    Add puree in sugar syrup

  • 08

    Add potassium meta bi sulphate in half cub of mixture

  • 09

    Add this mixture in whole mix

  • 10

    Add colour and essence

  • 11

    Seive the mixture and pour in glass jar or bottle

  • 12

    When u want to drink add 1 tsp squash in glass,add water and ice

  • 13
