Ingredients

Serves : 25
  • 1 kgs mango


  • 1 kgs sugar


  • 1 litre water


  • 4 tsp citric acid


  • 1/2 tsp potassium metabi sulfate


  • 1 tsp yellow food colour


  • 1/2 tsp red food colour

Directions

  • Boil water and sugar on medium heat
  • Add citric acid when water comes to boil
  • Boil till sugar melts and let it cool
  • Peel mango
  • Cut in to pieces
  • Make puree of mango
  • Add puree in sugar syrup
  • Add potassium meta bi sulphate in half cub of mixture
  • Add this mixture in whole mix
  • Add colour and essence
  • Seive the mixture and pour in glass jar or bottle
  • When u want to drink add 1 tsp squash in glass,add water and ice
  • Enjoy
