  • Garlic pods 1 kgs

    First peel out garlic cloves and wash thoroughly.

    Now keep on strainer to drain all water.

    When it becomes little dry, then spread a clean cloth in shade and spread garlic cloves on it to dry completely.

    After each day cloves will shrink and become dry.

    When cloves start releasing crisp sound while holding, it means they are ready to preserve. Otherwise dry for some more time.

    Now store in airtight container in refrigerator and after each usage , preserve in same way. Now no tension of smelling and peeling.

    Its shelf life is 12 months, lf preserved accordingly .

    My Tip: While using dry cloves, first dip it in lukewarm water for 15 minutes. Then garlic will be ready to use.
