First cut the Areca nut into small pieces then for roast take a pan put ghee add fennel seeds fry untill you smell aroma then add Areca nut pieces fry for few minutes
Then remove from pan and keep in plate
Take Same pan add ghee ,cloves fry for few seconds then add dry grated coconut powder and lastly add poppy seeds and switch off flame and mix with fennel seeds and Areca nut pieces
lastly add sugar,salt , Cardamom powder then it's ready to eat with betel leaves
Its can be store for longer time in a container
