  • 1/2 cup chhole(kabuli chane)


  • 1 kg. keri(row mango)


  • 2 tbsp grated ginger


  • 1 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 tbsp methi dana


  • 1/2 ltr sarso(mustard) oil


  • 2 tbsp rai ki daal


  • 1 tbsp kali jeeri(kalonji)


  • 2 tbsp sounf


  • 1/4 cup red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 2 tbsp roasted sounf(or kuti huyi)


  • 10 green chilli finally chopped


  • Salt to taste
