Kacche Kele Ke Chilke Ki Andhra Style Chutney

  • 1 cup kaccha kele ka chilka

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2tbsp jaggery

  • 10 red chilli

  • Cumin 1tsp

  • Tamerind pulp 1/2cup

  • Salt 1/8 tsp

  • Oil 1tsp

  • Turmeric 1tsp

  • Raisins 1tbsp


  • Wash the peel of green banana
  • Add turmeric and salt in it
  • Keep aside for 1 hour
  • Now put all peels in cooker and add 1/4cup of water
  • Cook for 2 whistle
  • Heat oil in the wok crackle cumin and red chilli together
  • Add peels and cumin tamering together in a grinder jar
  • Grind them in a fine paste .
  • Transfer it in the same wok
  • Add sugar jaggery and tanerind pulp and cook till it leaves the side of wok
  • After cooling transfer in a air tight container in fridge for 1month
