Wash the peel of green banana
Add turmeric and salt in it
Keep aside for 1 hour
Now put all peels in cooker and add 1/4cup of water
Cook for 2 whistle
Heat oil in the wok crackle cumin and red chilli together
Add peels and cumin tamering together in a grinder jar
Grind them in a fine paste .
Transfer it in the same wok
Add sugar jaggery and tanerind pulp and cook till it leaves the side of wok
After cooling transfer in a air tight container in fridge for 1month
