Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice (same cup use for water measurements)

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 8 cup water

  • 1 tsp orange,yellow ,green Food colors (as your choice) take separately

  • 1 medium size plastic cover /white Cotton cloth for dry

    Wash the rice properly and soak in water for 8 hours at night

  • 02

    Early Morning remove the water and grind the rice with 2 cup of water and make batter

  • 03

    Take a pan/wide vessel add 6 cup of water for boiling

  • 04

    When water starts boiling add slowly the grind rice batter and salt with continuously stiring put in a medium flame

    Stir the mixture continuously untill if you touch with wet hand it should not be stick to your hand

    If not stick to your hand then its ready

    We have to prepare this sandige with early morning sunlight so before sunrise prepare the batter and it's easy for drying

    Now take 3 separate vessel add orange,yellow,green food colour separately and small portion keep in another vessel it's white color (No color to add)

    Add this batter to all 3 colours and mix it properly

    Take a plastic cover /white cotton cloth spread it neatly ,using hands put the each colour sandige as small balls shape on a sheet and also same for white colour batter

    The sheet should be kept in sunlight untill it completely dry about 7 days and night time you can keep inside , again morning keep in the sunlight untill dry

    After that dep fry in oil and eat with rice

    Store in airtight box for longer time usuage
