First wash green chilli and dry it
Cut the small size in green chilli
Now roast the masala methi seeds, cumin, fennel mustard seeds, ajwain
Roast it 2 minutes in low flem
Cool down masala and graind it in power form
Now heat the musterd oil and cool down it
Take bowl add green chilli turmeric powder, salt achar masala ,veneger now add mustard oil
Mix it well
Take fresh glass jar put green chilli pickle in jar
Now put on sunlight in 1 week green chilli pickle jar
We can store it 6 months
Now green chilli pickle is ready
