Ingredients

Serves : 30
  • Raw mango 1/2 kg


  • Oil 2 tbsp


  • Mustard 1 tsp


  • Ginger 1 inch piece


  • garlic 5 cloves


  • Green chilli 4-5


  • Kashmeeri chilli powder 2-3 tbsp


  • Vinegar 3/4 cup


  • Fenugreek powder 1/2 tsp


  • Hing 1/4 tsp


  • Urad Dal powder 1/2 tsp


  • salt 3-4 tbsp

Directions

  • Wash the mango and dry it
  • Chop this mango , Add salt and mix well
  • Keep it aside for 1-2 days.
  • Crush Ginger, garlic, Green chilli & Keep it aside
  • Heat the pan and Add oil, Then add mustard, crushed ginger, garlic, green chilli and saute well.
  • Then add kashmeeri chilli powder, saute it well on low flame.
  • Add mango and mix it well.
  • Then add vinegar and mix it well.
  • Finally add all ingredients and mix it well. ( Do Not boiled )
  • Then store it in a container after cooling it .
  • You can have it after 3-4 days .
