Wash the mango and dry it
Chop this mango , Add salt and mix well
Keep it aside for 1-2 days.
Crush Ginger, garlic, Green chilli & Keep it aside
Heat the pan and Add oil, Then add mustard, crushed ginger, garlic, green chilli and saute well.
Then add kashmeeri chilli powder, saute it well on low flame.
Add mango and mix it well.
Then add vinegar and mix it well.
Finally add all ingredients and mix it well. ( Do Not boiled )
Then store it in a container after cooling it .
You can have it after 3-4 days .
