3 yellow Capsicum
1 litre water

Directions

First cut the capsicum in square pieces.
Boil the water.
Put capsicum in this for 3 minutes.
After 3 minute drain out the Capsicum.
Let it some dry.
Keep it in a polythene bag in freezer.
