Ingredients

  • Ginger 500 g


  • Red chilli powder 100 g


  • Sugar 2-3 tsp


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp


  • Cumin-methi powder 1 tsp


  • Lemon juice 1 cup

Directions

  • Peel ginger
  • Now wash it nicely
  • And dry in sun
  • Cut into small pieces
  • Cut red chilli also
  • Grind ginger red chilli together add salt black pepper cumin methi powder
  • Now add lemon juice in it
  • Keep it in glass jar
  • Can be stored for an year
  • Ideal for indian snacks
