Ingredients

  • Ginger 500 g

  • Red chilli powder 100 g

  • Sugar 2-3 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp

  • Cumin-methi powder 1 tsp

  • Lemon juice 1 cup

    Peel ginger

    Now wash it nicely

    And dry in sun

    Cut into small pieces

    Cut red chilli also

    Grind ginger red chilli together add salt black pepper cumin methi powder

    Now add lemon juice in it

    Keep it in glass jar

    Can be stored for an year
