Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup raw Banana(grated)

  • 1/4 cup Amla(grated)

  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

  • 3/4 cup Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Jaggery

  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder

  • 1/3 tsp roasted Fennel powder

  • 1/3 tsp roasted Cumin powder

  • 1/2 Salt or as to taste

Directions

    First take grated raw banana and Amla now add turmeric powder and some salt and 3 tsp of lemon juice and keep aside it for half an hour for the sourness will remove

    when water comes out separate it in a bowl.

    Now take a pan add raw banana and Amla mixture which already keep separate

    now add sugar and jaggery in it and stir it 5-7 min in medium to high flame.

    now slow the gas and cover it and stirring in between.sugar and jaggery melt and liquid is show

    now add salt and chilli powder and renaming lemon juice in it mix well and cook and stir it in low flame,

    After 4-5 min add roasted fennel and cumin powder in it and mix and cover it and again cook at 2-3 min, stir it and now switch of gas

  • 08

    Now sweet and salty banana Chunda is ready to serve.

    When it cool store in airtight jar and cover it and keep it in fridge or cool place.
