Wash the green chillies and split them with a safety pin
Add tumeric powder,salt to buttermilk and keep in a container
put all green chillies in the buttermilk
Keep the green chillies in butter milk for three days with neatly covered
On fourth day , squeeze the butter milk from green chillies and spread into plate or any plastic cover and dry in the sun
At night put back all the green chillies in the butter milk and covered it again
Next day Repeat the same procedure and dry the chillies in the sun for 7 days
Theses dired chillies can be stored in air tight container and deep fired before eating with rice
In this chillies salt quantity should be high to aid preservation
