Ingredients

Cauliflower 500gm
Green peas 2 cup
Carrot 4
Green chilli 8
Whole garlic 2
Adfoetida 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 2 tablespoon
Fennel seeds 2 spoon
Rai dal 2 tablespoon
Coriander powder 2 spoon
Cumin seeds 2 tablespoon
Fenugreek seeds 1 tablespoon
1 litre mustard oil
Red chiili powder 4 spoon
Black Cardamom 4
Black paper 1 spoon
Cinnamon 1 inch
Cloves 10
Mace 1/2 half spoon
Salt 40gm
Directions
First wash all the vegetables and cut it into the pieces .
Boil all the vegetables for 5 minute then take out it from water and keep it in sun for 4 to 5 hour .
Roste all the spice and graind it .
Then put the pan on gas and put oil in it and when it will be heated close the gas. And when oil will be 50% cold put all the spice of pickle in it and mix it .
Then add all the vegetables , salt and vanigar in spice and mix it .
Then your pickle in finally ready for eating . Put the pickle in glass container and put it in sun for 4 to 5 days by this your pickle wil not be rotten for long time .
