1 kg raw Mango
200 gms garlic pilled
25 gms salt
25 gms mustard powder
25 gms methi dana powder
2_3 tbsp oil
Directions
Wash mango and wipe them and cut into small pieces.
Combine all ingridents and mix well.
Transfer into jar and close lid.
Keep the pickle in sun for 6-8 days.
After 8 days the pickle is ready to serve.
Serve with partha, poori and roti.
