Ingredients

Serves : 25
  • 1 kg raw Mango


  • 200 gms garlic pilled


  • 25 gms salt


  • 25 gms mustard powder


  • 25 gms methi dana powder


  • 2_3 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Wash mango and wipe them and cut into small pieces.
  • Combine all ingridents and mix well.
  • Transfer into jar and close lid.
  • Keep the pickle in sun for 6-8 days.
  • After 8 days the pickle is ready to serve.
  • Serve with partha, poori and roti.
