Ingredients

  • Apple-50o kg

  • suger-300 gm

  • for boiling-2 glass water

  • For suger syrup- 2 cup water

  • lemon juice-1 tsp

  • cardamon powder-1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    wash and peel the apples.in a pan add water and apples for boiling.

  • 02

    keep boiling for 15 minutes.when the apple have turned soft switch off the flame and remove appples from water.

  • 03

    An another pan add sugar and water for syrup.boil it for 5 minutes. drop the apples in the syrup and let it boil until the syrup gets quite thick in consistency.

    it has to be in 2 thread consistency.

  • 05

    add lemon juice.leave it for cool.add cardamon powder and preserve it in a jar.

  • 06

    eat an apple murabba a day.
