  • White small onion 1 kg

  • Raw mango 1 kg

  • Dry pickle powder 3/4th kg

  • Refined oil 1 ltr

  • Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp

  • Salt 1 tbsp

    Cut raw mango into small pieces. Peel the onions. Mix together with salt and turmeric powder. Keep it overnight. Next day squeeze the salt water and keep it to dry for two hours. Then add heated and cooled oil and pickle powder to it and mix well. All time favorite pickle is ready.

    Store the pickle in a glass air tight jar in refrigerator . Can be stored for 3 - 4 months
