Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Wheat flour 750gms


  • Ghee (total) 1100gms


  • Edible Gum 200 gms


  • Dry Fruits (of our choice) 500gms


  • Jaggery 600 gms


  • Udad flour 370gms


  • Milk 100 ml


  • Dry ginger powder 50gms

Directions

  • 1. In a big vessel mix wheat flour, udad flour,milk and ghee(100gms)
  • 2. Mix them by rubbing between palm and sift with big strainer
  • 3. Grind remaining particles
  • 4. Shallow fry Edible Gum in 4tbs of Ghee
  • 5. Ghee should not be too hot while frying and flame should be slow
  • 6. Crush edible gums with roller
  • 7. Now in big pan add 500 gms of ghee and add wheat mix which we prepared
  • 8. Cook it on medium slow flame by stirring continuously till colour changes to light brown
  • 9. It takes 15 to 20 minutes
  • 10. Remove matter in a big vessel and add edible gum, dry ginger powder and dry fruits and mix well
  • 11. Now in the same big pan add 500 gms ghee and jaggery
  • 12. Cook on medium slow flame till it start boiling
  • 13. As it start boiling switch off the flame and mix this syrup in wheat matter
  • 14. Pour this laddoo mix in a big plate which should be greesed with ghee
  • 15. Set it for 8-10 hrs
  • 16. With remaining laddooo mix we can make laddoo
