Ingredients

  • Cucumbers 2 in number

  • Pineapple 1 Cup chopped

  • Celery 1 stick

  • Chia seeds 2 tbsp

  • Green apple 3 in number

  • Kale 1 cup

  • Spinach 2 cups

Directions

  • 01

    Blend all the ingredients together and make a smooth paste.

    To preserve this just fill it in air tight glass containers and preserve in refrigerator for upto 4 months.

    Whenever required just thaw the blended mixture and blend it again with yogurt.

    The yummy, healthy Smoothie is ready.
