Clean and wash the green chilies and dry it completely.
Now chop the chilies and transfer into mixing bowl.
Now add vinegar, muatard oil, turmeric powder and salt.
Next add pickle masala, asafoetida, mustard powder and combine together.
Now transfer the pickle in sterlize and sundried container.
Now its prepared , you can consume it or you can store it upto 3 months.
Tip: Use only sterlize amd sundried bottles/jar. Use only clean and dry spoon. Recap the bottle after every use.
