  • 20 nos green chillies

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 3 tbsp mustard oil

  • 3 tbsp vinegar

  • 1.5 tbsp mustard powder

  • 2 tbsp pickle masala

  • 1/4 tbsp asafoetida

  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder


  • Clean and wash the green chilies and dry it completely.
  • Now chop the chilies and transfer into mixing bowl.
  • Now add vinegar, muatard oil, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Next add pickle masala, asafoetida, mustard powder and combine together.
  • Now transfer the pickle in sterlize and sundried container.
  • Now its prepared , you can consume it or you can store it upto 3 months.
  • Tip: Use only sterlize amd sundried bottles/jar. Use only clean and dry spoon. Recap the bottle after every use.
