Heat mastard oil in a pan
Cut cauliflowers into small pieces
When oil becomes very hot turn off the flame
Now add all the spices like turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, crushed mastard seeds, fenugreek, fennel and cauliflowers
Make sure the oil should be hot. Mix well the cauliflowers with the spices
Take another pan and add vinegar and jaggery. Cook for 2-3mins
Cool down the jaggery and mix in cauliflowers
Now put the pickle in a jar and keep in sunlight for 2-3 days
Sweet and Saur pickle is ready
