Wash the jalapenos and dry with the paper towel.
Now cut them into halves and take out the seeds.
If you want more spicy then you can add seeds otherwise the chillis should be seedless.
Place them in the baking tray and keep the tray in the oven at 150 degree for one hour.
After one hour flip the jalapenos.
We will see the jalapenos shrinking and changing its color.
When done after two hours, the color will be dark brown.
Now put them in the grinding jar by adding salt.
Grind it six to eight times.
Now our chilli salt is ready to sprinkle on baked cheese potato or pasta or any dish of your choice.
