  • 6 to 7 jalapeno chilli

  • 4 to 5 tblspn rock salt


  • Wash the jalapenos and dry with the paper towel.
  • Now cut them into halves and take out the seeds.
  • If you want more spicy then you can add seeds otherwise the chillis should be seedless.
  • Place them in the baking tray and keep the tray in the oven at 150 degree for one hour.
  • After one hour flip the jalapenos.
  • We will see the jalapenos shrinking and changing its color.
  • When done after two hours, the color will be dark brown.
  • Now put them in the grinding jar by adding salt.
  • Grind it six to eight times.
  • Now our chilli salt is ready to sprinkle on baked cheese potato or pasta or any dish of your choice.
