Heat the mustard oil thoroughly
Now put it in a big bowl and keep it cool
Put all the dry spices in a big bowl
Add cooled mustard oil
And mix it well
Instant Achaar masala is ready
I keep the pickle masala always made in my kitchen
I use this for making Achaari Gobi, Achaari Mushroom, Achaari Petha, Achaari Aloo etc. in many dishes.
