  • Green Chillies 250 g Vinegar 1 ltr Sugar 4 tsp Salt 1 service spoon

Directions

    Wash and dry green chillies Make a cut from center Pour vinegar in a jar Add green chillies Add salt and sugar Close the jar's lid tight and shake the chilli well Leave for two day Shake it once or twice in a day Pickles of sour and tangy chillies will be ready in 2 days
