Take the florets of fresh cauliflower, wash clean and sundried the florets.
Within a few days, the cauliflowers shrink – like flowers, and look a few shades darker.
Cauliflower left in the sun for at least 7 days, until dessicated. Then we can store ina air tight container, safely away from all moisture.
When need to eat, take a handful, rinse and boil these in lightly salted water for 12-15 minutes.
