Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Strawberries 400 grams

  • Chia seeds 3 tablespoons

  • Pure Honey 3-4 tablespoons

Directions

    Hull and chop the strawberries

  • 02

    Heat a pan add berries and honey

  • 03

    Cook till the fruit gets soft, around 10-15 minutes

  • 04

    Then add chia seeds and cook further for 5 minutes.

  • 05

    Switch off flame. Let the jam cool down a little, it also thickens as it cools.

    I used this batch to make vegan, sugar and fat free oat squares

  • 07

    Totally healthy Oats Strawberry squares using this jam
