Vegan Sugar Free Strawberry Preserve

  • Strawberries 400 grams

  • Chia seeds 3 tablespoons

  • Pure Honey 3-4 tablespoons


  • Hull and chop the strawberries
  • Heat a pan add berries and honey
  • Cook till the fruit gets soft, around 10-15 minutes
  • Then add chia seeds and cook further for 5 minutes.
  • Switch off flame. Let the jam cool down a little, it also thickens as it cools.
  • I used this batch to make vegan, sugar and fat free oat squares
  • Totally healthy Oats Strawberry squares using this jam
