Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 2 gobhi chopped with stem


  • 1tbsp turmeric


  • 2tbsp red chilli powder


  • 2tbsp corriander powder


  • 1tsp methi


  • 1tsp kalonji


  • 1tbsp sarso dana


  • 250 gram mustard oil


  • Salt 2tbsp


  • Sodium benzoate 1/4 tsp

Directions

  • Boil water in a big bowl
  • Add gobhi in it .
  • Cover it with lid for 5 minutes
  • Drain water
  • Wipe gobhi and spread on towel to dry.
  • Hest oil till smoking point
  • Take a big bowl
  • Add gobhi all spices salt and half oil in it .
  • Cover for 2 hours.
  • Open kid and mix left over oil .
  • Mix well
  • Add sodium benzoate and acetic acid
