Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 2 red bell pepper

  • 10bird eye red chilli

  • 6 clove garlic

  • 6 tbsp olive oil

  • 1tbsp fennel

  • 1tbsp coriander seeds

  • 1tsp cumin

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Sodium benzoate 1/4tsp

  • Acetic acid 1tsp

Directions

    Dry raost fennel, coriander ,cumin

  • 02

    Grind and keep aside

  • 03

    Roast bell pepper direct in flame

  • 04

    Remove charred skin

  • 05

    Cut into pieces

  • 06

    Take a grinder add smoked bell pepper , dry masala , salt , red bird eye chillies ( dry red chilli )

    Make a fine paste .

  • 08

    Add lemon juice and olive oil.

  • 09

    Mix sodium benzoate and acetic acid keep in a cool dry place .
