Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 red bell pepper


  • 10bird eye red chilli


  • 6 clove garlic


  • 6 tbsp olive oil


  • 1tbsp fennel


  • 1tbsp coriander seeds


  • 1tsp cumin


  • 2 tbsp lemon juice


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Sodium benzoate 1/4tsp


  • Acetic acid 1tsp

Directions

  • Dry raost fennel, coriander ,cumin
  • Grind and keep aside
  • Roast bell pepper direct in flame
  • Remove charred skin
  • Cut into pieces
  • Take a grinder add smoked bell pepper , dry masala , salt , red bird eye chillies ( dry red chilli )
  • Make a fine paste .
  • Add lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Mix sodium benzoate and acetic acid keep in a cool dry place .
