start by cutting carrot into small pieces
finely chopped green garlic
mix carrot and green garlic together
Add salt to taste
add chilli powder and turmeric powder
add mustard seeds
Now the mustard oil and let it cool
pour over the mixture and stir
Now feel these ingredients in sterilized glass jar
next day this pickle can be consumed
It stays good upto 15 days normal at room temperature
this pickle does not need any Sunshine or any type of proofing to be made
