  • 1 cup chopped green chillies

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup white vinegar

  • 2 spoons sugar

  • 2 spoons salt


  • start with heating the water in a pan
  • when water comes to boil at all the other ingredients mentioned
  • let the mixture cook for 5 minutes and switch off the gas
  • let it come to room temperature and use tongs and store in sterilized glass jar
  • this can be used after month is kept in fridge or else for 15 days if kept at room temperature
