Cut the orange into 3 small piece and pineapple into small chunks cut the ginger piece into thin slices keep ready this aside
Now heat the pan add oil when oil is hot add fenugreek stir then add mustard seed when it starts crackle add ginger piece fry until golden brown in color
When it starts changing color add pineapple turmeric curry leaves and salt stir for few seconds
After few seconds add orange piece mix well
After mixing well now time to add brown sugar mix well and cook this on low flame
After few seconds add chili powder mix well now adjust salt stir
Now add vinegar stir and cook for 2 minutes on a low flame after 2 minutes switch of the flame
Tasty pickle is ready my daughter liked it very much
Serve with curd rice or with sambar thank you happy cooking
