Ingredients

  • Apple 1


  • Pomegranate 1


  • Cherry 15


  • Dates 15


  • Chopped Cashew nuts 10


  • Tomato 5


  • Oil 1 tablespoon


  • Dried red chilli 1


  • Cardamom 4


  • Cinnamon 2 sticks


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon


  • Raisins 20


  • Water 1/4 cup


  • Jaggery 100 gram


  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

Directions

  • Peel 1 pomegranate and remove grains.
  • Cut 1 apple, 15 dates , 15 cherry into small pieces.
  • Take 5 tomato , wash them and cut them.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan.
  • Add 1 red chilli, 4 cardamom, 2 cinnamon sticks.
  • Now add chopped tomato.
  • Add half teaspoon turmeric powder and half teaspoon salt.
  • Saute for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, add chopped apples, chopped dates , chopped cherry.
  • Now add pomegranate, 20 raisins, 10 chopped cashew nuts.
  • Mix everything very well.
  • Now add 1/4 cup water.
  • Cover with lid for 2 minutes.
  • Now add 100 gram jaggery.
  • Cook it until the gravy becomes thick.
  • At last add 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
  • Switch off the gas.
  • Serve mixed fruits chutney.
