Carrot-1
Broad beans-4
Cauliflower-5 nos
Vinegar-4 tbsp
Salt-2 tbsp
Turmeric powder-2 tbsp
Directions
1. Take the vegetables and cut in lengthwise and keep aside
2. Take the cutted vegetables and place in tight container
3. Add water to the container, salt and vinegar to that and place it
4. Can be preserved the above vegetables for 4-5 days
