in a pan add cumin seed.in a low flame roast until they are turn brown.
let it cool.
in a mixer jar take dried pudina leaf,roasted cumin seed,white pepper, Amchoor powder ginger powderand grind to make a fine powder.
place it in an air tight jar.and use it in buttermilk whenever you want.
if you want to make the test even better than you can add a 1/2 spoon asafoetida to the spices.
