  • Fresh Coriander leaves 1 bunch

  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch

  • Ginger 1 inch

  • Lemon juice 2 tbs

  • Black salt 1 tbs

  • Green chilies 2


  • Firstly wash the leaves and chop, add in mixer jar with all ingredients.
  • Next grind into fine paste. Dip is ready you can consume and store the left dip.
  • Take a ice cube mould, pour the dip. Keep this mould in the freezer for atleast 2 to 3 hours.
  • Then take it out. Put the chutney cubes in a zip-lock packet. Store this packet in freezer.Use as required.
