2 cups nylon poha
2 tbsp white til
1 tbsp jeera
1 tbsp chilli ginger paste
1/2 tbsp salt
Put poha in a bowl and soften by slowly sprinkling water to it , mix well till it becomes like a dough
Add till ,jeera, chilli ginger paste and salt and mix well
Pass the dough through a chakli making machine on a plastic and sun dry till it becomes crispy enough.
Once dried store in an air tight container and can be stored in a cool dry place for a year
Deep fry as and when required and serve hot.
