Grind all the ingredeints with little water to a fine paste
Take a spatula and spread it on a large thali making a very thin layer.
Cover with a net and sun dry for 4 to 5 hours
Now scrape when completly dry and grind once again to a fine powder.
Store in a air tight container . Can refrigerate and store longer.
To use add 2 tsps of chutney powder in a small bowl . Add few tsps of water mixing gradually . Make a thick chutney and serve with parathas,dosas,sandwiches,pakoras etc.
Delicious chutney powder at your rescue when fresh coriander or mint is not available in the market.
