  • 1 cup roasted peanuts

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 3 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp Salt to taste


  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend it together.
  • Just give a pulse 4 to 5 times, mix with spoon and again give pulse. Don't blend it continuously, otherwise oil will start to loose out from the peanuts.
  • Blend it to form coarse powder. Peanut chutney is ready to serve. It taste even better with curd or yogurt.
  • Store this in an airtight jar.
