Take fresh red chilli separate chilli stem chop it
Take fresh tamarind assemble chilli ,rock salt,turmeric mix well close lid keep a side as 3 days
Then after 3 days transfer to blender make fine paste
For tadaka ..heat oil add mustard,red chilli,asfoeteda,garlic friwell its get nice aroma taste to the pickle add already chilli tamarind paste,a dd roasted methi powder
