  • Red chilli 150gms tamarind 100gms chilli powder 80gms salt 80gms turmeric powder 1tsp asfoeteda half tsp oil 2cups garlic cloves crush 1tsp for tadaka.. red chilli 2 oil half cup

    Take fresh red chilli separate chilli stem chop it

    Take fresh tamarind assemble chilli ,rock salt,turmeric mix well close lid keep a side as 3 days

    Then after 3 days transfer to blender make fine paste

    For tadaka ..heat oil add mustard,red chilli,asfoeteda,garlic friwell its get nice aroma taste to the pickle add already chilli tamarind paste,a dd roasted methi powder
