  • Red chilli 150gms tamarind 100gms chilli powder 80gms salt 80gms turmeric powder 1tsp asfoeteda half tsp oil 2cups garlic cloves crush 1tsp for tadaka.. red chilli 2 oil half cup

Directions

  • Take fresh red chilli separate chilli stem chop it
  • Take fresh tamarind assemble chilli ,rock salt,turmeric mix well close lid keep a side as 3 days
  • Then after 3 days transfer to blender make fine paste
  • For tadaka ..heat oil add mustard,red chilli,asfoeteda,garlic friwell its get nice aroma taste to the pickle add already chilli tamarind paste,a dd roasted methi powder
