Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups besan


  • 2-3 tsp rice flour


  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 chopped green chili


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp sesames seeds


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 4-5 tsp oil

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together except oil.
  • take little water make dough
  • apply little oil on it and roll it
  • make small slice
  • now in steamer apply little oil on stainer plate and place that slice for 5-7 min
  • In airfryer set temp at 250 degrees centigrade
  • place slice in airfryer tray and cook it for 10 min with spraying oil
  • Now turn the slice and again airfry it for 5 min to make it more crispy from all sides
