  • ginger( without fiber)-250 gm

  • lemon juice-2 tbsp

  • Black salt-1 tsp

  • black pepper powder-1/3 tsp

  • cumin powder-1 tsp

  • salt-1/2 tsp


  • wash ginger with clean water and spread it on a cloth.when the water of ginger is dry take out and peel and cut the ginger into thin and long strips.
  • Remove the juice of lemon.
  • put ginger,lemon juice and all spices in a glass vessel. mix it well.
  • After mixing all the spices it colour become light pink.
  • now after this dry the ginger in the sun light.After drying it well.keep it in a clean glass jar.
  • ginger pachak is ready to eat.
